So thankful for Blake! We lost a tree limb direct on our house during band winds. He was able to patch it same day and get the tree removed within a few days. Major plus is he can work magic with getting the insurance filled. After me being on hold for an hour and getting the automated “we’ll give you a call back in 5 hours” message, he was able to get In touch with someone within 10 minutes and have the claim filed. The roofing job was completed in 1 day! The entire process, thanks to Blake was great! From filing the claim, to picking the color of the roof and having it installed, he walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood. Highly recommend!Posted on Google

William Waller32 days agoMichael McClellan gave us a thorough assessment and estimate for replacing our roof, then followed through with a clean installation. He was onsite for most of the installation and was immediately responsive every time I reached out. His crew replaced the roof on our house and detached garage and both look great.Posted on Google

Jacqueline Do42 days agoWe had the best experience with Michael and could not recommend Home Dynasty enough. We were able to schedule a roof replacement very quickly as we had active leaks. Michael’s team was able to complete the job quickly and professionally in 1 day! We love how our roof looks with the GAF Architectural Shingles in Barkwood and have had no issues since installation. We had other quotes come in from competitors that were over 3x as much. We are thrilled with the results and could not recommend Michael and Home Dynasty more.Posted on Google

Tony Kephart56 days agoIn 2024, I purchased a home that had recently received a new roof. As part of the closing process, I was provided with a warranty for the roof, and sometime afterward, I noticed what appeared to be an irregularity on the back side of the home. I decided to locate my warranty paperwork and contact the roofing company to have them take a look. Unfortunately, I had misplaced the warranty paperwork, but I remembered that the roofing company was Home Dynasty Inc. I contacted Michael McClellan, provided him with my address, and he promptly came out to inspect the issue. He quickly identified the problem and took care of it. I also asked Michael if he could provide me with another copy of the warranty paperwork since I had misplaced my original. Without hesitation, he sent me a copy. I really appreciate working with companies like Home Dynasty Incorporated that stand behind their work, respond quickly, and make the entire process easy for their customers. It’s refreshing to find a company that takes pride in its work and truly stands behind what it does.Posted on Google

Bonnie Chapman90 days agoI cannot say enough wonderful things about Conner Thompson with Home Dynasty! We had been dealing with another roofing contractor that was handling our insurance claim with Farmers. After months of frustration, Farmers was only willing to pay about $7,000 toward our roof replacement. The other company's solution was for us to finance the remaining balance of nearly $15,000 through their bank. We were very uncomfortable taking on that kind of debt. Then we met Conner, and everything changed. Not only was he knowledgeable, honest, and professional, but he genuinely cared about helping us instead of just making a sale. He worked tirelessly to find a better solution and even reduced the price of our roof because of the long, difficult situation we had been through with the previous contractor. In the end, our out-of-pocket cost was only $3,400 instead of almost $15,000. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. Throughout the entire process, Conner kept us informed, answered every question, and made what had been an incredibly stressful experience so much easier. He truly went above and beyond for our family, and we will never forget it. Home Dynasty is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Conner Thompson representing their company. If you're looking for someone who is honest, compassionate, and willing to fight for his customers, look no further. I recommend Conner and Home Dynasty without hesitation. Thank you, Conner, for treating us like people instead of just another job. We are beyond grateful!Posted on Google

Steve Puster103 days agoA recommendation from my neighbor led me to contact Michael McClellan with Home Dynasty regarding repairs and painting I needed done. The siding around the top of my chimney appeared to be rotten and damaged along with several pieces of siding around the bottom. Several pieces of trim around the bay window needed to be replaced. And the concrete around the pool had long hairline cracks that needed to be repaired as well as the entire concrete area repainted. Home Dynasty set an initial appointment to discuss our needs then set up a second appointment to do a more in-depth review of he scope of the work. As part of the chimney inspection extensive hail and wind damage to our roof became evident. Home Dynasty provided a detailed estimate of the work we needed done as well as the information needed to file an insurance claim for the hail and wind damage to the roof. The price quoted to complete our projects was well below what we expected to the point we contacted Michael to be sure all work was included -- it was. Apparently State Farm was in agreement with Home Dynasty as they approved the claim for the storm damage very quickly. Our projects -- concrete repair/painting; siding replacement/painting were completed in a day and a half. The roof replacement was completed in a single day. We are so pleased with the pricing, efficiency of the workers, and the quality of the work that we are discussing additional work to be done in the future. I highly recommend Home Dynasty for any and all your needs; you won't find anyone to provide a fairer price and conscientious attention to detail and your satisfaction.Posted on Google

Lee Hammer131 days agoMichael did an amazing job of navigating us through the insurance claim maze. After we suffered hail damage he assisted with submitting the claim, oversaw the interactions with the insurance agent and inspector, explained the sometimes-confusing approval process, and responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had. After getting approved his crew got to work on our house within a week, did a great job, and put our new roof on in one day. His construction experience and knowledge of the insurance industry made the entire experience a breeze. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.Posted on Google

Scott Robinson233 days agoI recently had my roof replaced by Home Dynasty, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Michael, the owner, personally worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly from start to finish. They handled the project professionally—most importantly, they coordinated directly with my insurance company to process and get my claim approved without any hassle, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. The work was completed in a timely manner with no unnecessary delays. The crew was courteous, clean, highly skilled, kept me updated throughout, and left my property in great shape. Micheal was professional, easy to work with, and most importantly, honest about the state of our roof. Bill Hatcher275 days agoHome Dynasty recently replaced my roof with a new one. I was very pleased with the job they did. Conner Thompson was my contact from the very start and boy did he do a superb job…. In every way! Conner began by laying out what to expect with every aspect of the process. He met with the adjuster going on the roof to point out what needed to be done. Conner was diligent and persistent in dealing with several different persons and no doubt played a significant role in the results with the insurance company. The Home Dynasty crew came out and did an excellent job. A special thanks to Conner Thompson, an impressive young man who is superb! I highly recommend Home Dynasty for your roofing and contracting needs. They did outstanding by me!Posted on Google

Jeni Wilson357 days agoWe live in Guyton GA, a suburb of Savannah GA. Home Dynasty just installed a new roof on our home and we could not be more pleased. We were told by the insurance adjuster that we didn't have any damage after Hurricane Helene so we have been trying to save for a new roof ever since. About 3 weeks ago, a young gentleman named Conner who was overseeing another roof replacement on our street knocked on our door and introduced himself. He noticed some roof damage from the street and wanted to know if we would be interested in an estimate for a roof replacement. I told him we were saving money to have it done but he thought there may be enough damage to submit to our insurance company. He spent at least an hour documenting not only wind damage from the storm but hail damage that we had no idea we had. He documented the damage and contacted our insurance company. He dealt with them exclusively and we didn't have to. Our roof was approved for replacement in less than 3 days. We cannot say enough about Conner and Home Dynasty. His knowledge of the roofing industry, insurance, shingles, and his professionalism was impressive and he stayed in contact with us the entire time. We always felt like we were in good hands. His crew showed up early, got started at the first sign of daylight and worked until sundown with only a couple of hours work left the next day. When the crew left, the yard looked exactly the way it did before they started. We HIGHLY recommend this company!Posted on Google

Ricky Allen441 days agoHome Dynasty did an excellent job on our roofing tile repairs. The workers spent an additional several hours to finish the job in the heat of the day. Conner Thompson worked hard to keep up with managing supplies and working around ridiculous changes State Farm made to the original plan, including their decision to not complete the total tile replacements and putting the cost back on us and Home Dynasty. Thanks very much to Home Dynasty, Conner, and the roofing crew. Job well done!!!Posted on Google

Michael was relentless in advocating for us—he handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way for over a year.
